A Tradition of Delicious Indian Food
Saag is a wonderful leaf or green leaf based dish most prominent in Northern India. It’s often eaten with a bread like Naan. It can be made from spinach, mustard leaves, finely chopped broccoli or other greens. This is often blended with spices and other ingredients like paneer.
Paneer is a delicious, fresh cheese common in India and South Asia. It’s an unaged and non-melting farmer cheese or curd cheese made by curdling heated milk with lemon juice, vinegar or any other food acids.

Reviews
Lunch was amazing! Service was great, food was even better. I really enjoyed the hospitality and the owner/chef is very gracious as well as talented in the kitchen. Also awesome to find out it is family owned and operated. In business since 1997 and I can see why. Keep up the great work!
Work colleagues and I visiting Seattle on business, stumbled upon Bengal Tiger. We were certainly glad we did. Delicious Indian Cuisine. Attentive staff. Sizable portions. We all really enjoyed our meals and loved our veggie samosas. Highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from!
5/5 everything every visit. Always positive and inviting. The veggie assortment is amazing (they even spiced it up without needing to ask after i ordered a spicy main entree 🙌
My favorite Indian restaurant in Seattle.
