All of our meats are carefully hand-trimmed to their leanest state, and every dish is prepared from scratch to your liking. Our Indian dishes are an artful blending of a myriad of fresh herbs and spices. Our goal is to provide you a most unique and personally satisfying experience.
Today the menu offers dishes from a variety of regions all across India. Our famous Madras Curry is named for the southeastern city of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, and our Vindaloo dishes originate from the southwestern state of Goa. Chef Udin’s family is originally from Bangladesh and Bengal. This brings many Northeast Indian influences to his cooking, and includes many homestyle recipes.

Saag: What is Saag? Saag is a wonderful leaf or green leaf based dish most prominent in Northern India. It’s often eaten with a bread like Naan. It can be made from spinach, mustard leaves, finely chopped broccoli, or other greens. This is often blended with spices and other ingredients like paneer.
What is Paneer? Paneer is a delicious, fresh cheese common in India and South Asia. It’s an unaged and non-melting farmer cheese or curd cheese made by curdling heated milk with lemon juice, vinegar, or any other food acids.
